Return Policy:

At TM-HOME we accept returns in the following cases: defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect product.

The deadline to request a return is 14 days from receipt of the order. Contact us at contacto@tm-home.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

Depending on the case, we offer reshipment, partial refund, or full refund. Return shipping costs are covered by TM-HOME when the reason is a defect or damage. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or if the product is in good condition.
