RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TM-HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns in the following cases:

Accepted Cases:

  • Defective product or manufacturing fault
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product received

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to contacto@tm-home.com with a description of the problem and photos of the product.

Process: Once the case has been verified, we will offer you one of the following solutions at our discretion: product replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Product in good condition that does not meet the customer's personal expectations

Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a return accepted due to a defect or damage, TM-HOME will cover the return shipping costs.
